[Wreck-It Ralph gets up to another daily routine he's settled into, living on the first floor of Community House 7. He makes sure the kid's awake and okay, then he heads over to the community kitchen to down an entire gallon of milk. And eventually, he manages to split off from Vanellope long enough to find somewhere quiet to address the journals.

He'd been avoiding using the journals too much since he arrived. After all, anyone could recognize him as the bad guy or have sore feelings from the wreckage he caused when he first arrived here in Luceti. But he'd have to face them sooner or later, with that whole Christmas thing coming up. First, there was that Secret Santa thing to worry about. He was assigned someone named "Harry Dresden". And he had no idea who that was. And secondly? There was something he needed to do for the kid for Christmas, too. He'd need all the help he could with that one.

But first? He'd have to face the music. And that meant showing his face on the journals.]

Uh, hey... everybody. All you... Luceti guys. A lot of you may recognize me from that, uh, wrecking I did a few weeks back. Or you might recognize me from that video game, Fix-It Felix Junior. [A small frown; he hasn't met anyone familiar with the game yet here.] Either way, I wanna apologize for, y'know... getting off on the wrong foot with you all. I was in kind of a dark place, and really confused... but long story short, I'm feeling a lot better now! Things are going really good. You don't have to worry about me wrecking things and being "the bad guy" anymore. [He says that complete with finger quotes.] Unless you need one, in which case I guess I could try fitting it into my schedule? My name's Ralph by the way. Wreck-It Ralph. [A pause. He tries waving with one of his giant hands, but his brow furrows with confusion.] Do any of you know my game?

I got two unrelated questions for you guys. Now, this doesn't have anything to do with Christmas or anything. But... first of all, is there anyone here who's an expect at this Battle Dome stuff? I need someone who can help me put together a really, super specific simulation for - uh, for a thing. If you know a lot about go-karts, that's a plus.

Oh! And my second question. Who the heck's Harry Dresden?

I used one but I didn't program it. This Obi guy showed me one that was already programmed. The controls just look too darn confusing!

What do I look like, the hair grader? It's hair, and it's big! And I guess that's big with kids these days.

Where is that girl? Sheesh. Some people just can't be on time.

[Once she sees him, Ran Fan appears behind him, cause she's a speedy ninja and can do stuff like that.]

It is nice to see you made it. Shall we go work on your race track?

Well... Harry really likes donuts. The kind with jelly inside and frosting? And he likes most fantasy and science fiction books. He could probably use some clothing too...

I'll show you how they work. I'm usually free in the evenings, so when shall we meet?

[Ralph immediately straightens his posture, the giant of a man, and rubs at his hair nervously, hoping he wasn't overhead.]

Y-yeah. I made it alright! Eheheh yea, let's... let's do that.

What, is the guy naked?

I don't have much going on. Any night's good with me. Maybe we could even start tonight?

Only sometimes. But it's not like he does a lot of clothing shopping for himself.

[Of course she did. This is Ran Fan. She hears everything. BTW: She's totally wearing her mask.]

I apologize for making you believe I made you wait. [She'll just lead the way then, dropping the subject there.] It has been awhile, but I believe I still know how to make a race track.

[He's going to wonder if she's a robot. Maybe one of those F-Zero racers.]

That's fine - er, perfectly fine! My... mistake. [He nervously clears his throat.] Great! That's just what I need. Then we just gotta fill it up with junk food.

Even with everything being free here? Then again, you got one good set of clothes, what do you need more for? [Says the guy who's worn the same set of clothes since his creation.]

...so maybe you shouldn't be getting him clothes.

[But she isn't! ;_; SO MEAN, RALPH!]

Junk food? Like... chips and candies? On a race track?

Maybe not! I wouldn't call myself the authority on nice clothes anyway. So - What else did you say... Books? Just... books?

Of course! I mean... I'm trying to recreate Sugar Rush here! The environment's gotta look like... candy and chocolate and everything!

I am sorry, but what is a "Sugar Rush"? [Isn't that just eating too much sugar?]

It's the name of the video game. Really bright and obnoxious, basically a big commercial for junk food with tiny racers riding through it.

I've never heard of a video game before, let alone "Sugar Rush". But I can... try. [She's starting to doubt herself now.] I've only made normal streets before.

You haven't? [Sheesh, all these backwards people.] They're like these simulation things, but in a screen where you can control it. Normal streets... Well they'd be better than nothing. If I can get those controls working, maybe I can add from there.

Or old movie posters if you could find anything like that.

Maybe. [They reach the controls and Ran Fan actually slips off her mask to work.] It has been awhile, so please give me a moment.

Sure. Take your time. [He finds himself giving a short laugh when he notices she's taken off the mask.] Oh, lookit that, you have a face!
