100m: I'm gonna wreck it! [Action]
[Action (1)]
[This nine-foot tall, barefoot giant of a man finds himself waking up in any old house or apartment, maybe even in the forest. Completely oblivious to the pink wings on his back for now, he instead comes to attention and begins looking around in confusion.]
What? Where's... No! I can't have been taken to another game. I... I was right there! I was gonna save- I... [And his voice goes soft.] Vanellope...
[His eyes are close for a moment, mournfully. When they open, they're filled with hurt anger. And his unusually massive fists are soon put to work... wrecking his immediate surroundings in an angry tantrum, while he shouts loudly. He could keep going until there's nothing left. He will hold himself back from hurting actual people, but he will at least shove aside those who get in his way at emotional heights.]
[Action 2]
[Later on, after being calmed from his tantrum, Ralph trudges through town, defeated and feeling ashamed. First day in a new game and already he's been playing the bad guy. So he makes his way through the item and clothing shops, finding one item in the former which gives him a strong, bittersweet feeling, and then he makes his way out of the village. He only stops at Good Spirits for a round of root beers, trying to keep to himself. That evening, with a sack of bricks over his shoulder, he seeks a nice stump to sleep against, in between bouts of the freezing rain.]

[Action!]
Why...don't you start with introductions. Who're you?
[Action!]
[Action!]
Well, it's nice to meet you, Ralph. I'm Chun-Li. I'm going to guess you...are from sort of video game world? Judging by all the comments about arcades.
[Action!]
[He brings up his own hand reluctantly. He never thought Chun Li would willingly shake hands with him, but this was... weird. It was like she didn't have any self-awareness in her program. That could be dangerous.]
[Action!]
[She looks around for a journal, and spots it not far off in a pile of rubble, grabbing it and turning it to the guide]
Hey, you know you should probably look at this. I'm...not too good at explaining stuff, but this is basically the rundown of what's going on.
[Action!]
[Action!]
Any questions, Ralph?
[Action!]
[Action!]
[She shrugs]
But it's not so bad here.
[Action!]
It's not?
[Action!]
[She readjusts her feet, not really sure what to make of this...video game guy.]
Sorry if I kicked you, I just don't want more holes in my floor.
[Action!]
Oh it's fine, I had it coming.
[Action!]
[She smiles]
So, what's going on back home that's so important?
[Action!]
[But he frowns.]
A game's getting infested and it's all my fault. It's gonna be shut down, and I don't know if my attempt to save it will go through. Simple as that.
[Action!]
Infested? Infested with what?
[Action!]
Cy-bugs. They're like viruses, that will keep on replicating, assimilating and destroying until they're all wiped out. They were from a game that had a beacon which could keep them in check. But once one leaves a game? Beginning of the end of everyone! And guess who began that end?
[Action!]
I'm going to guess it was you, and that it was probably an accident.
[Action!]
Good one! And of course I got one loose in Sugar Rush, a game that's like the diabetic fever dream of any snot-nosed kid!
[Action!]
Right. So it's multiplying? Isn't there anyone around to help stop it? I mean, if I'm there, it must mean there are other fighters there too yea? Doesn't seem like the sort of thing any version of me would let stand.
[Action!]
It's not that simple. When it's multiplying endlessly, it'll take more than an army of yous to stop it, and it can take on the abilities of whatever it absorbs. Plus, most of us tend to stick to our own games. I doubt news would travel of this until it's too late. The only other people there from outside Sugar Rush was a guy from my game and some really tough lady from the game where the cy-bug came from. I guess she thought it was her responsibility.
[Action!]
[She gives him a very serious look, trying her best to be reassuring]
But you've got to have faith that everything will work out. I know it doesn't sound like much, and it might seem like things are pretty bleak back home Ralph, but you can't give up. If there's one thing I've learned over the years it's that giving up isn't ever a good idea. In a fight, on an investigation, ever. Keep fighting, give it your all, and if it really, really matters you'll win.
And with big fists like yours? I'm pretty sure you can squash plenty of bugs. Heck, while you're hear I'll even teach you how to fight if you want.
[Action!]
And huh, I've picked up a few tricks here and there, but hey, I can't say no to an offer from Chun-Li herself, can I?
[Action!]
[She nods]
And you could turn me down, I wouldn't be offended. But maybe it'll be good for you. Give you an outlet for all that anger.
[Action!]
Really? Wrecking things did always seem like a pretty good outlet, but, heh. Maybe I could give it a try.
[Action!]
You're never out till you're dead. You're not dead, so, it's not game over yet.
And maybe...you could turn that outlet into something productive?
